St. Paul's Episcopal Church Hosts 2nd Annual Small Works Art Market
Sunday, November 06, 2011 7:00 PM
Nov. 7, 2011 - At an opening and artists' reception on Sunday, Nov. 13 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., St. Paul's will launch its 2nd Annual Small Works Art Market. The reception is free and open to the public.
Located at 1802 Abercorn (34th & Abercorn), the Gallery at St. Paul's presents this group show of small works for sale during the Christmas season. The show provides an opportunity for the community to purchase one-of-a-kind, two-dimensional art for gifts or to add to their personal collections.
All artworks featured in the show are no larger than 18" x 18", with a price tag no larger than $250.
The show continues the mission of the Gallery of Art and the Sacred to provide a venue for local artists and the Savannah College of Art and Design community to encourage a dialogue to explore the topic of art and spirituality. However, work in the 2nd Annual Small Works Art Market is not limited to a spiritual theme.
The Small Works Art Market will run from Sunday, Nov. 6 to Jan. 2.
