Sept. 28, 2012 - Detectives rule Wednesday's suspicious death a homicide.

Just after 3 p.m., EMS and police were dispatched to Lorraine Drive after a neighbor observed a man in a parked car who appeared to be hurt or dead. Police discovered Gregory Bivens, 24, deceased in a vehicle. A crime scene was established and detectives went to work, investigating the death as suspicious.

An autopsy was performed this morning and the death ruled a homicide.
