Oct. 19, 2012 - Savannah, GA - Chatham Area Transit officials announce that it will initiate an off-campus Park-and-Ride Shuttle during Savannah State University's Homecoming Game on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012. The shuttle will aid in relieving traffic and parking woes on campus. The shuttles will originate from the Myers's Middle School parking lot located at 2025 East 52nd St. and the Johnson High School parking lot located at 3012 Sunset Blvd. Cost will be a $3 round-trip fare. Please have correct change as the operator will not be able to make change for you.

While parking at the public schools is free, tailgating and/or loitering in the school parking lots is prohibited. Shuttles will run from the school parking lots to T. A. Wright Stadium every 30 minutes starting two hours prior to the game and up to two hours after the game.
